Thanh-Kham is an avid supporter of the Australian-Vietnamese community.
Thanh-Kham arrived from Vietnam as a refugee in the 1970s. She was a founding member of the Australian Vietnamese Women’s Association and continues to volunteer to this day, 36 years later.
She has supported the community through her job as an interpreter and by volunteering at elderly Vietnamese associations and not-for-profit organisations within Victoria including the Australian Red Cross and Springvale IndoChinese Mutual Assistance Association.
