Noemí Ulloa [Lona] es una narradora, profesora, coordinadora de taller y correctora de estilo mexicana. Licenciada en Sociología por la Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana uam. Estudia la Licenciatura en Lengua y Literatura Hispánica en la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México unam. Autora de un libro. Ha colaborado en distintas fundaciones y organizaciones civiles como facilitadora y consultora. Obtuvo el tercer lugar en la categoría de cuento del xviii Festival Universitario de Día de Muertos y ganó el i Concurso Nacional de Narrativa de Editorial Lucova. Actualmente coordina un taller de Creación literaria en la Capilla Alfonsina.

Noemí Ulloa [Lona] is a Mexican writer, teacher, workshop coordinator, and proofreader. She holds a degree in Sociology from the Autonomous Metropolitan University (UAM) and is currently pursuing a degree in Hispanic Language and Literature at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). She is the author of one book and has collaborated with various foundations and civil organizations as a facilitator and consultant. She won third place in the short story category at the 18th University Day of the Dead Festival and first place in the Lucova Publishing House National Narrative Contest. She currently leads a creative writing workshop at the Capilla Alfonsina.
