Artemisa Téllez [Martínez] es una narradora, poeta, dramaturga y tallerista mexicana. Licenciada en Lengua y Literaturas Hispánicas y Maestra en Letras Mexicanas por la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México unam. Es creadora del Círculo Virtual de Escritoras Mexicanas, del Taller permanente de cuento erótico para mujeres y de Escribir para teatro. Escribe para las editoriales La pluma del deseo y Nacidas de Eros.
Ha participado en diversas publicaciones y antologías universitarias, así como en revistas, suplementos y programas de radio. Es miembro del colectivo lésbico Meras Efímeras.
Actualmente, imparte cursos, seminarios y talleres de literatura. Ha montado con el colectivo Es cena dos obras de teatro breve de su autoría.
Artemisa Téllez [Martínez] is a Mexican writer, poet, playwright, and workshop facilitator. She holds a degree in Hispanic Language and Literature and a Master’s degree in Mexican Literature from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). She is the creator of the Virtual Circle of Mexican Women Writers, the Permanent Workshop on Erotic Short Stories for Women, and the Writing for Theater program. She writes for the publishing houses La pluma del deseo and Nacidas de Eros.
She has contributed to various university publications and anthologies, as well as magazines, supplements, and radio programs. She is a member of the lesbian collective Meras Efímeras.
Currently, she teaches courses, seminars, and workshops on literature. She has also staged two short plays of her own authorship with the Es Cena collective.
