Fue directora, dramaturga y docente. Realizó la licenciatura en actuación en la Escuela de Teatro de la Universidad de Buenos Aires. Buena parte de su producción artística la desarrolló en México, donde hizo importantes aportaciones al teatro destinado a las jóvenes audiencias. De 1990 a 2004 codirigió el Grupo 55, especializado en la producción de para niños y jóvenes. Su participación en esta agrupación abarcó la puesta en escena, la dramaturgia, la coreografía, el entrenamiento físico para actores y la formación de cuadros profesionales. Fue miembro del Comité Académico del Programa Nacional de Teatro Escolar de la SEP y el INBA y del Sistema Nacional de Creadores de Arte. Entre sus obras destacan Bichos de viaje, Una historia común, El rey que no oía pero escuchaba y El ángel rubio. Con Malas palabras obtuvo el Premio FILIJ de Dramaturgia en 2001. Entre sus puestas en escena destacan ¡Adiós, querido Cuco!, Malas palabras, Inútil presentarse sin cumplir los requisitos, ¡Vieja el último! y Arrullos para los niños despiertos.
She was a director, playwright, and teacher. She earned a degree in acting from the School of Theater at the University of Buenos Aires. Much of her artistic work was developed in Mexico, where she made significant contributions to theater for young audiences. From 1990 to 2004, she co-directed Grupo 55, specializing in productions for children and young people. Her involvement with this group encompassed staging, playwriting, choreography, physical training for actors, and the development of professional casts. She was a member of the Academic Committee of the National School Theater Program of the SEP (Ministry of Public Education) and the INBA (National Institute of Fine Arts) and of the National System of Art Creators. Among her works are Bichos de viaje (Traveling Creatures), Una historia común (A Common Story), El rey que no oía pero escuchaba (The King Who Didn’t Hear But Listened), and El ángel rubio (The Blond Angel). She won the FILIJ Playwriting Award in 2001 for Malas palabras (Bad Words). Her stage productions include ¡Adiós, querido Cuco! (Goodbye, Dear Cuco!), Malas palabras, Inútil presentes sin cumplir los cumplimientos (Useless to Appear Without Meeting the Requirements), and ¡Vieja el último! (The Last One’s Old Woman!). and lullabies for awake children.
