Nació en la Ciudad de México, el 12 de septiembre de 1975. Falleció el 11 de junio de 2019. Narradora y ensayista. Estudió la Licenciatura en Lengua y Literatura Hispánicas en la UNAM; realizó el diplomado en la Escuela de Escritores de la SOGEM, de 1993 a 1995 y el curso de Creación Dramática en el Núcleo de Estudios Teatrales, impartido por Hugo Argüelles de 1994 a 1996. Fue directora editorial de la revista Complot. Ha colaborado en Blanco Móvil, El Ángel, El Búho, La Mosca, Lectura, Planeta X, Sábado, y Viceversa. Obtuvo las becas CONACYT 1998, Jóvenes Creadores del FONCA 1999-2000, PAPIIT 2000, CONACYT 2001, Intercambio Académico UNAM 2002, Artes por todas partes 2003, Gobierno de Canadá 2004, School of Criticism Sessions and the Literary Theory Felowship 2004.

She was born in Mexico City on September 12, 1975, and died on June 11, 2019. A novelist and essayist, she earned a degree in Hispanic Language and Literature from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). From 1993 to 1995, she completed a diploma program at the SOGEM Writers’ School, and from 1994 to 1996, she took a course in Dramatic Creation at the Center for Theatrical Studies, taught by Hugo Argüelles. She was the editorial director of the magazine Complot. She also contributed to Blanco Móvil, El Ángel, El Búho, La Mosca, Lectura, Planeta X, Sábado, and Viceversa. she received the CONACYT scholarships in 1998, the FONCA Young Creators scholarship in 1999-2000, the PAPIIT scholarship in 2000, the CONACYT scholarship in 2001, the UNAM Academic Exchange scholarship in 2002, the Arts Everywhere scholarship in 2003, the Government of Canada scholarship in 2004, and the School of Criticism Sessions and the Literary Theory Fellowship in 2004.
