Dr. Haunani-Kay Trask, Native Hawaiian was a scholar, poet, activist, and revolutionary. She was well known for her deep historical and cultural analysis of US Imperialism and oppression in Hawai’i. She is also an iconic figure in the Hawaiian Sovereignty Movement.
