Evelina Bobes Ortega was a Mexican novelist who won the Miguel Lanz Duret Prize in 1950 for her novel Otoño estéril (Barren Autumn). She also published two other novels, La ciudad y la música (The City and the Music, 1951) and El viento de noviembre (The November Wind, 1965).
