Periodista y narradora mexicana. Fue becaria del Fondo Nacional para la Cultura y las Artes fonca 1995 y 1998. Autora de media decena de libros. Desde hace más de 25 años ejerce le periodismo cultural. Ha publicado artículos, entrevistas y reportajes en las principales secciones culturales del país.
Actualmente escribe en el suplemento “Salud” del periódico Reforma y en la revista Mente y Gente. Es directora de la revista virtual El Espíritu del Guerrero. Diseña e imparte diversos cursos de expresión corporal, artes marciales y desarrollo integral para niños y adultos.
Mexican journalist and writer. She was a recipient of a grant from the National Fund for Culture and the Arts (FONCA) in 1995 and 1998. She is the author of half a dozen books. For over 25 years, she has worked as a cultural journalist, publishing articles, interviews, and reports in the country’s leading cultural publications.
She currently writes for the “Health” supplement of the Reforma newspaper and for the magazine Mente y Gente. She is the director of the online magazine El Espíritu del Guerrero (The Spirit of the Warrior). She designs and teaches various courses in body expression, martial arts, and holistic development for children and adults.
