Adisa Azapagić MBE FREng FRSC FIChemE (b. 1961) is a chemical engineer and academic, from Bosnia and Herzegovina but who has worked mainly in the UK. She gained her BSc from University of Tuzl (984) and her PhD on Environmental System Analysis using Life-cycle assessment, from the University of Surrey (1996), before moving to the University of Manchester in 2009. She developed software to calculate carbon footprint (CcaLC) and researches sustainable technology, life cycle assessment and carbon footprinting.
