Belgian journalist and music promoter Annik Honoré co-founded the record labels Les Disques du Crépuscule and Factory Benelux with fellow journalist Michel Duval. She also managed the 1984 American tour of Front 242. After leaving the music industry in 1985, she began working as a secretary in the European Commission’s Research and Innovation department in Brussels.
