Anya von Bremzen is a three-time James Beard Award-winning author and culinary writer. Her work has been featured in Food & Wine, Travel + Leisure, AFAR and The New Yorker. Von Bremzen is the author of six cookbooks, including “The New Spanish Table,” “The Greatest Dishes: Around the World in 80 Recipes” and “Please to the Table: The Russian Cookbook.” Her memoir, “Mastering the Art of Soviet Cooking,” has been translated into 19 languages. Von Bremzen’s latest book, “National Dish: Around the World in Search of Food, History and the Meaning of Home,” will be featured at the 2023 National Book Festival.
