Poeta, actriz de teatro y promotora cultural mexicana. Asistió a talleres literarios impartidos por Efraín Huerta, Margarita Paz Paredes y Juan Bañuelos.
A lo largo de su carrera impartió talleres de hábito de la lectura y de creación literaria en diversas facultades universitarias. Publicó en revistas de Francia, Ciudad de México, Hermosillo, Ciudad Obregón, entre otras.
Como actriz, dentro de las filas del Taller de Teatro de la Universidad Autónoma de Sinaloa uas, fue conocida por su participación en diversas obras teatrales de gran éxito regional y nacional. Fue directora de Bibliotecas del Instituto Sinaloense de Cultura isic y fundadora del grupo teatral Tatuas, con el cual participó en muestras nacionales de teatro, en el Festival Cervantino y ofreció temporadas teatrales en gran parte de la República Mexicana.

Throughout her career, she taught reading and creative writing workshops at various university faculties. She published in magazines in France, Mexico City, Hermosillo, Ciudad Obregón, and other cities.
As an actress, within the ranks of the Theater Workshop of the Autonomous University of Sinaloa (UAS) , she was known for her participation in various highly successful regional and national plays. She was the Director of Libraries for the Sinaloa Institute of Culture (ISIC) and founder of the Tatuas theater group, with which she participated in national theater festivals, the Cervantino Festival, and presented theatrical seasons throughout much of Mexico.
