Thaayrohyadi Serafín [Bermúdez de la Cruz] es un poeta otomí. Ha contribuido a la promoción, difusión y defensa de la libre determinación y los derechos históricos del patrimonio cultural de los Pueblos Indígenas. Fue becario del Fondo Estatal para la Cultura y las Artes feca 1998. En 2003, obtuvo el Premio Nacional de Poesía Indígena Joven Acomiltizn Nezahualcóyotl. Su obra es redactada en otomí y posteriormente traducida.
Thaayrohyadi Serafín [Bermúdez de la Cruz] is an Otomi poet. She has contributed to the promotion, dissemination, and defense of self-determination and the historical rights of Indigenous Peoples’ cultural heritage. She was a recipient of a grant from the State Fund for Culture and the Arts (FECA) in 1998. In 2003, she received the Acomiltizn Nezahualcóyotl National Prize for Young Indigenous Poetry. Her work is written in Otomi and subsequently translated.
