Annette Street was appointed Professor in the School of Nursing at La Trobe University, Victoria, in 1999. The primary focus of her research interests is the roles and practice of health care providers and the effects on heath care consumers, particularly in the areas of end of life care, psycho-oncology and symptom distress in cancer care.
